Content Capture Shoot Lead
HAMILTON on Broadway
In October of 2019, I worked on the planning, coordination, and execution of a content shoot involving a local digital artist, @LeaMotion (81.3K Followers), Marathon Digital’s internal video team, and the Broadway cast of HAMILTON.
Through meetings with stage management, company management, and the artists, I determined how much time each element of the video shoot would take and developed a minute-by-minute schedule for a 4 hour video shoot with 4 content capture stations throughout the theater. I communicated with the actors, theater staff, and the content capturers to make sure that everyone was on the same page.
On the day of the shoot, I oversaw the entire schedule and made sure that everyone was exactly where they needed to be at the right time.
Following the shoot, I made a list of all of the creative assets that we captured and wrote creative briefs of how they should be edited for social media posting purposes. I gave feedback and provided edits to the assets until I felt they were in a good place to be approved by my supervisors.
Lastly, I created a 3-4 month content calendar that outlined the order that these videos should be released while keeping in mind when an asset would be best saved as a celebration for a key date related to the show.
