I believe in celebrating what each individual brings to the table, including the unique perspectives that they possess. I respect and value those perspectives regardless of the age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, disability status, or citizenship of the person. I know just how much more innovative a team is when an array of viewpoints, specialties, experiences, and styles can converge onto one project, and - most importantly - I think the infinite points of view that exist in our world are what make it so beautiful.
