A CASE STUDY FOR
From March 2021 - November 2022, I worked with the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive to evolve their social media accounts into a source of artistic curation for our followers, directing them towards the next piece of meaningful programming taking place at the museum. Additionally, I worked to organically bridge the engagement gap between the large number of followers they've garnered and the actual interaction on our day-to-day posts.

"I cannot recommend Micayla highly enough. Her support of BAMPFA during a period of transitional staffing—and beyond—was transformational. Flexible, reliable, and whip-smart, she’s able to take initiative, collaborate, or follow directions as needed. Ending our contract with her truly felt like losing a member of the team. Any organization would be lucky to have Micayla’s expertise in their social media corner."
